I am sorry that I could not thank you over the phone for all the detective work, inventory searching, and everything else you did to help me out with my little emergency. Although my little microscopic order means relatively nothing to the bottom line at Firefly Fuel, it means a lot to me, and especially my wife.

I have been customer-facing over most of my nearly 40 year-long career. I have hired countless customer service and salespeople over that time. It is rare to find someone willing and able to think outside the box and figure out how to solve a customer problem that doesn’t fit the script. It takes extra calories and some head-scratching sometimes, and many people figure it’s not worth the bother. Especially if it’s for a faceless, small customer in another country as in my case.
Firefly Fuel is a better company because of team members like you.
That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
